The Launch Process

Seven Steps from
Idea to Doorstep

Idea Submission
Submit your product concept via the Launch Your Product form. We review for feasibility, market fit, and manufacturing alignment.

Product Review
GNI Labs team evaluates design files, prototype viability, and production cost. We'll tell you clearly if it's a go.

Prototype Development
We build the first physical prototype using our in-house manufacturing infrastructure. Iterations happen here.
04
Manufacturing Planning
Batch size, pricing, timelines, and quality specs are locked. Product story, photography, and launch content are prepared.
05
Product Launch
Goes live on FOFUS platform and fofus.in store. Batch reservations open. Customers can now reserve their unit.
06
Preorder Collection → Production
When the batch fills (or deadline hits), production begins. No overproduction. Every unit made has a customer waiting.
07
Delivery
Artisan-packed, Made in Kerala products shipped to customers. Startup gets their revenue. Platform grows.
